For virtual item transactions, we share the transaction ID so that we can identify you and credit your account with the correct value of the virtual item after you pay.

 

Each service provider has its own privacy policy and information handling security measures, so when it comes to the collection of information by a specific third party, please participate in its privacy policy. 6. Your rights and choices.


If you make your request in writing, we will provide you with a copy of your information in electronic format following our verification process. You also have the right to correct or amend your information, delete your information, object to how we use or share your information, limit how we use or share your information, and by emailing admin@codejoys.net. Make any other request provided for herein or as provided for by applicable regulations of the relevant authority. Once we receive your request email, we will proceed with the verification process and respond immediately.

You may also exercise your right to access your information through your profile on the Service. If, in our reasonable sole discretion, your verifiable request affects or will affect the rights or freedoms of other users, or is manifestly unfounded or excessive, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee (taking into account the resulting administrative costs this) or refuse to execute the request.

 

6.2 Right to rectification

If we process your information, we will take appropriate steps to try to ensure that your information is accurate and up-to-date for the purposes for which it was collected. You have the right to delete your information if the reasons stated in Section 2 of this Policy no longer exist, or if other legal grounds for deletion exist. You can log out of your user account and delete all information through your profile on the Services or by contacting us. . If you wish to withdraw your request, please log in and reactivate your game account within 15 days of submitting your request. You acknowledge and agree that upon deletion of your account, you will no longer be able to access our Services and your Virtual Items and other rights will be cleared. Once the deletion is completed, it is irreversible, so please proceed with caution.

 

6.4 Right to object

Where we process information in accordance with applicable laws in your country (such as the GDPR), you have the right to object to our processing. If you object, we will no longer process your information unless the information is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.

 

6.5 Right to restrict processing

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if applicable law in the country in which you reside provides otherwise, such law shall prevail.

 

7. Age restrictions and child protection.


You represent and warrant that when you use our Services, you meet the age requirements of the country/region in which you reside (or the jurisdiction in which you are located) and that you have the necessary rights and legal capacity to use our Services.

 

The Platform is not directed to children under 18 years of age. If we become aware that personal information from a person under the age of 18 has been collected on the Platform, we will delete this information and terminate that person's account.

 

If you are a minor or under the age of majority (a "minor" or "child"), please do not send us any information about yourself, including your name, address, telephone number or email address.

 

Notwithstanding the foregoing, we recognize that we have special obligations to protect children with respect to the collection and processing of information and we do not and will not knowingly collect information from children without the consent of a parent or legal guardian. We strongly encourage parents and guardians to instruct their children not to disclose any information without the prior permission of a parent or legal guardian when using our Services. In order for the App to run effectively, we sometimes place small data files called cookies on your device. Most application developers do this. You can control whether to accept cookies through settings or other tools. However, if you disable cookies or limit the ability to set cookies, you may not be able to take full advantage of our Services or access all of its features, which may limit your overall user experience.

 

9.Change.


We may change this policy from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this policy without your explicit consent. When we update this policy, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of the policy and posting a new privacy policy. If the changes are material, we will provide a more prominent notice (including, for some services, email notification of privacy policy changes). Your continued access or use of the Services after the date the Policy is updated constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
